Michael Perez
Michael Perez is Mortgage Lender / Business Development Officer with First State Bank of Texas. He spent the first fifteen years of his career building youth organizations including ten years as Executive Director of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Beaumont. Perez then transitioned to the mortgage industry where he worked for eight years in Business Development and as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Michael is very involved in the community through various boards and organizations.
