We offer Home Repair services to homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come. Some of our home repair work includes painting, landscaping, weatherization and minor repair services to preserve home exteriors and revitalize neighborhoods.
Our Repair Program is a partnership between Habitat Jefferson County and the City of Beaumont to offer minor repairs for ownerâoccupied homes. Applicants must earn no more than 80% of the area median income and maintain the home within the Beaumont city limits as their primary residence. Priority is given to seniors and the disabled. There is no repayment or sweat equity required. Habitat Jefferson County Home Repair Program combines licensed repair professionals, experienced volunteers, and your assistance to get the job done efficiently, professionally, and at a price the homeowner can afford.
